Christmas time is a magical time of year. It can also be stressful, pressure-filled, and hectic if we don’t manage our time well and take care of our minds, bodies, and spirits.

Honing our habits can go a long way toward relieving stress, staying on top of life’s demands, and even ensuring that we don’t miss the joy of this special time. Here are 10 simple habits that, if performed each day, are sure to bring more peace and joy throughout your holiday season.

Awaken on Time

Regulating your sleep schedule is a simple way to reduce your body’s stress, strengthen your immune system, clear your thinking, and balance your energy throughout the day. Define a wake-up time for every day, set your alarm (ideally across the room and out of reach), and get up at the same time each day.
