This is one of the most sought after destinations in Mexico. Located in Southeast Mexico, Oaxaca offers hectic social life, lip smacking food and chocolates besides tourist attractions. There are plenty of Spanish schools here where you can learn the language. If you don’t like one, you can always move to another. You can also look for a personal tutor to learn Spanish in Oaxaca.

Other than the consulate you'll not find people speaking any other language except Spanish. If you’re on a budget then Morelia is the ideal place to learn Spanish in Mexico on your summer vacation. This place offers cheaper schools with a variety of housing and language classes.
