1. Watermelon Limeade
Ingredients:
- Seedless watermelon
- Lime Juice
- Sugar
- Ice
- Mint Sprigs
Method:
Start of by adding few watermelon pieces in a blender. Then pour in half cup of lime juice and blend it. Once done, add sugar to sweeten it a little. Your refreshing watermelon limeade is now ready.
2. Watermelon Cups with Feta and Mint
Ingredients:
- Seedless watermelon
- Feta Cheese
- Mint
- Shallots
- Pepper
Method:
Take a hollow cube of watermelon, and inside it add a mixture of feta cheese, shallots and mint. A perfect treat, for your mouth as you have a blend of feta cheese which is salty and refreshing watermelon. You can also add the mint fragrance to elevate the whole thing.
3. Watermelon Lemon Granita
Ingredients:
- Watermelon, pureed
- Sugar
- Lemons
Method:
It is just a mixture of watermelon pureed and sugar. Put the mixture of watermelon pureed and sugar in the freezer, and every 15 minutes with a spoon scrape it up a little and put it back into the freezer. This is mainly done to create a slushy texture. Once done, use some hollow lemon halves and put the granita on it.
