A woman accidentally flushed a $22,000 ring down the toilet but she was able to get it back.

Jenna Wolfe flushed the diamond ring at her home in Hampton, Virginia, prompting her to call the local sanitation company, according to NBC’s “Today” show.

Crews were able to recovered the expensive jewelry after looking through waste.

The Daily Press of Hampton Roads reported that the ring was recovered four days after it was flushed.

Wolfe had attempted to recover the ring via a plunger, but when that proved unsuccessful, she called the sanitation company a few days later.

The ring was captured in a wastewater debris trap set up in the water line. Workers were able to find the ring in the trap among debris, according to the paper.
