Rather than getting this lovely lady some slippers this year, her family helped her create some more beautiful memories. With some support from her loved ones, she leaves behind her walker and gets herself up on the saddle with a huge grin on her face. If ever there is a reminder to chase our dreams, this is definitely one of them!
Grandma, with some careful guidance from her family, rides the gentle horse around a field whilst cracking jokes about feeling nervous and having the time of her life. Her loving family keep careful watch over her; making sure that she isn’t overwhelmed and that she feels safe and comfortable on top of this lovely horse. She learns how to hold the reins for herself and is just as inquisitive as a two year old experiencing everything for the first time.
There may be one hundred years difference, but her big grin as she rides around says it all. Never give up on your dreams because this firecracker sure didn’t give up on hers!
