The Wendy’s Frosty licker was fired this week after a photo surfaced on Reddit, showing a Wendy’s eating from a Frosty machine,
It is unclear who took the photo, but it appears it was taken behind the counter.
It was published on Reddit on Wednesday and shows the employee taking ice cream directly into his mouth from the dispenser.
Earlier this week, the company released a statement on Twitter, describing the photo as “totally inexcusable.”
“This involved one restaurant and the employee is no longer there. We’re reinforcing proper procedures,” it added.
The photo comes a few weeks after a California Taco Bell worker was photographed licking a stack of tacos.
“He’s not as cool as the taco guy. But he’s going to feel the burn when he gets fired!!” wrote one Redditor.
