Looking to load up on one of nature’s best superfoods? Bake up a batch of kale chips!  They are simple to make, delicious, and oh so healthy.

Ingredients

1 bunch kale, stems removed
1–2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Sea salt

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375. Wash a bunch of kale, pull the leaves off the stems, and cut into small pieces. In a large bowl, drizzle the olive oil over your kale. Use your hands to rub the oil into the leaves. Then sprinkle some sea salt over the kale. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with tin foil. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the kale is delightfully crispy. Snack away!

Benefits of Kale

• Rich in calcium: Good for your bones
• Full of antioxidants: Protects from damage caused by free radicals
• High in Vitamin A: Great for your skin
