Vhong Navarro is the subject of yet another rape complaint, in the latest news update to his ongoing situation.

It started on January 22 when he allegedly raped model Deniece Cornejo, an accusation that got weaker with time as evidence supported Navarro’s story of being beaten and blackmailed.

Then another woman, Roxanne Cabanero, came forward and said that Navarro raped her in 2010. Evidence has likewise cast severe doubt on the claim.

Now Margarita Fagardo, a third woman, has come forward and says that Navarro raped her in early 2009.

The complaint says that Navarro’s driver asked her to go into an SUV because Navarro wanted to talk to her during a break in taping a telenovela that they were both starring in.

“I did not think anything of it and I was not afraid to be alone with Vhong because we were taping with lots of other people around outside,” she said, reported the Philippine Star citing the complaint.

However, she claims that the actor and host forced her to perform sexual activities.

“I did not tell anyone about what happened at the time because it was very painful, humiliating and shameful,” she said.

“After that day, I only shared this painful and humiliating experience to a handful of my really close friends.”

She said that she never thought of pursuing a case until Cornejo and Cabanero came forward.

Navarro’s lawyer says that they haven’t received a copy of the complaint but aren’t surprised, saying that Navarro’s detractors are taking acts of desperation.

“This is something that we were expecting. This doesn’t surprise me,” she said. “The timing of filing raises serious questions… Vhong did not commit any of the allegations.”
