Standardized tests are a fact of life throughout academia, from elementary school onward. To demonstrate proficiency, follow these tips to reduce test-day anxiety:
- familiarize yourself with the question format before-hand by perusing exams which have already been administered
- visualize yourself taking the test and getting a high grade
- get a good night’s sleep
- eat a good breakfast
- get to school/the test-taking center 15 - 20 minutes early
- organize your time well
