The charge of intent to murder pertains to Bishop Emmanuel, while the charge of intent to cause grievous bodily harm pertains to Father Royal.
The toddler’s mother was also stabbed. Police say the suspect ‘had no prior interactions’ with the victims before this incident.
Paramedics discovered the girl with multiple stab wounds at the home, but she died soon after they arrived.
