Here at Be Well, we are ALWAYS on the hunt for ways to make getting and staying healthy more fun and enjoyable, and this holiday season, we want you to share some of our favorite gift ideas with you so you can help spread the inspiration!

Restorative Yoga Gear

In a culture that is always on the move, it is important that we take time to slow down and reconnect with our bodies, and restorative yoga can be the perfect way to do that.  For someone just starting out with yoga, you might consider a yoga mat and yoga blocks, a yoga blanket, or a comfortable meditation pillow.

A Motivational Gift Card

Gift cards can be a wonderful way to encourage a loved one to get involved in something positive and healthy! Find a local yoga studio, gym, exercise class or even a spa in their area and treat them to something they wouldn’t typically get for themselves.

A 50-Minute Health Coaching Session

Did you know that we offer one-on-one health coaching over the phone?  It’s true!  Inspire a loved one by scheduling a session for them with one of our amazing health coaches!  During this session, they will learn which foods are best for their bodies, which supplements could best support their health, and how they can approach their health concerns and goals in an approachable way!  Might be the perfect way to implement those New Years resolutions!

A Water Bottle

Staying hydrated is really important to our health, and a colorful new water bottle might be the perfect way to encourage a loved one to drink more water and stay hydrated, healthy and happy!  Some of our favorite bottles include Klean Kanteen, Life Factory, and bkr.

The Be Well Cleanse

What better way to kick-off the New Year then with a Be Well Cleanse!  This 2-week cleanse can help you and/or a loved one detox the holidays and begin the new year on the right foot.

Handy Kitchen Tools

Getting healthy often starts in the kitchen, and having the right gadgets, gizmos and tools can really help in creating delicious, healthy foods!  Some of the basics include a good quality blender for smoothies (we love the Vitamix), a good quality chopping knife, a cast iron skillet or a big soup pot (we love Le Creuset).

Donation

Shopping for the person who has everything?  Then why not contribute to a positive cause and donate in their name?  Some charities we love to support include Ubuntu and Farm Sanctuary.
