Former head bartender at Daniel, Xavier Herit, opens new cocktail bar and restaurant called Wallflower in the West Village on Oct. 22.

Daniel’s former head mixologist Xavier Herit is opening his own bar, Wallflower. The opening date has been pushed back tentatively to Oct. 10.
