Businesses near hockey arenas are feeling the pinch from reduced sales during the NHL lockout.

With 3 lockouts in 18 years including a completely lost 2004–05 season, clearly something’s not working with the National Hockey League.

Last Saturday at midnight, the NHL locked out its players for the third time since 1994.
