The city of Chicago is asking the court to issue an order blocking Glock Inc. and its parent company from selling its pistols to Chicago residents.
Law enforcement officers recovered more than 1,100 modified Glock pistols between the start of 2021 and the end of 2023, the suit says.
Mr. Glock, an Austrian native, was 94. He is survived by his wife, Kathrin, a daughter, and two sons.
