The Fox network has picked up “The 64th Annual Miss Universe Pageant” and domestic rights to air “Miss USA.”

For two winners of local pageants, the key word is not “beauty.” For this year’s Miss Manhattan and last year’s Miss New York it’s “scholarship.”
