The OAG office said it is in the ‘best interest’ of the state to end litigation in the lawsuit that mirrors the same issues presented in the impeachment trial.
Despite her decision, Judge Alia Moses was critical of the federal government’s immigration policy allowing agents to cut the razor wire placed by the state.
