Teng Biao, human right lawyer and former professor at China University of Political Science and Law. is currently a visiting scholar at Havard Law School. He is the founder of the New Citizens Movement and Director of China Against Death Penalty in Bejing, A long time China right activist Teng participated in the cases of Sun Zhigang, Hu Jia, Chen Guangcheng, Gao Zhisheng, Cao Shunli, AN Falun Gong cases.
