Costa Rica is a magnificent country full of active volcanos, waterfalls, lush rain forests, cloud forests and rare wildlife.

Guatemala is without doubt the heart of the Mayan world.

Bali has a reputation for being an excellent location for this and not too long ago, The Guardian named Ubud, Bali one of the top 10 yoga retreats in the world.

I wouldn’t recommend this for all countries in Central America, but the public bus system in Costa Rica is cheap, reliable and extensive.
