Ted Cruz’s daughters, Caroline, 8, and Catherine, 5, joined him and his wife Heidi on stage—and promptly stole the show—at a family town hall hosted by CNN on April 13.
Hosted by Anderson Cooper, this is the second town hall in two days highlighting candidates and their families. The Trump family town hall took place the previous day.
Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz asked the girls, dressed in matching yellow dresses, who they would like to have as a guest at the White House if he became president.
The girls shyly deflected to their mother, and Heidi Cruz said they would love to have Taylor Swift come for dinner.
Caroline then told Anderson Cooper that her favorite Taylor Swift songs were “Bad Blood,” “Blank Space,” and “Wildest Dreams.”
