Vhong Navarro will require medical care for at least a month following getting beaten by a group led by Philippine businessman Cedric Lee.

Navarro underwent a five-hour surgery to reconstruct his face because it was so badly damaged by the beating.

In the initial report on Navarro’s prospective recovery, the National Bureau of Investigation said that the actor will be “incapacitated” for at least 31 days, reported GMA.

“Under normal condition, without subsequent complications and/or deeper involvement present, but not clinically apparent at the time of examination, the above described physical injuries shall require medical attention or shall incapacitate the victim for a period not less than 31 days,” the report said.

Navarro was beaten on January 22.

Navarro’s location appears to have been revealed for the first time in the report--St. Luke’s Medical Center.

The bureau has filed legal charges against Lee, Deniece Cornejo--who accused Navarro of trying to rape her--and three others, including former bodybuilder Zimmer Rance (also known as Zimmer Raz).

Among the charges is illegal detention, a non-bailable charge. However, none of the group have actually been arrested as of yet, and they’re apparently still free to leave the country if they wish.

Navarro’s story that he was beaten and blackmailed was backed up by CCTV footage of the condominium building at which Cornejo’s apartment is located.
