“Vampire Academy,” a new movie about teenage vampires, will be released in February.
The movie is based on a popular book series by Richelle Mead, starting in 2007, and it’s directed by Mark Waters of “Mean Girls” fame.
The books center on vampires who are enrolled at St. Vladimir’s Academy--with student body members being vampires. There’s several different species of vampires.
On Tuesday, “Vampire Academy” was the top-trending worldwide term for a period of time.
There’s been a few trailers released about the film in recent months.
