The Netherlands is set to ban the use of a cellphone while riding a bike as part of a concerted drive to reduce the number of road accidents involving cyclists.

Nearly 6,000 cyclists will ride through the borough’s 61 neighborhoods in the 18th annual Tour de Bronx Sunday, Oct. 14.
