Zac Efron and Judi Dench are part of the growing list of actors that are connected to Star Wars Episode 7.
Efron recently told MTV that he just went and met with the executives behind the project, including director J.J. Abrams.
“I don’t know. It would be cool. I love [the Star Wars movies], I love them, but who knows?” he said.
Efron, if cast, would likely be one of the offspring of Hans Solo, or Luke or Leia.
Dench, meanwhile, is rumored for consideration for the role of Mon Mothma.
A host of other actors have been connected to the film, which might be the most anticipated movie in development right now.
It’s scheduled for a December 2015 release date.
Other actors connected with Episode VII include Jesse Plemons of “Breaking Bad” and Benedict Cumberbatch of “Sherlock.”
Chiwetel Ejiofor (“12 Years a Slave”) and Taissa Farmiga (“American Horror Story”) are among the other who are being considered.
The only three people with roles locked in are Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, and Harrison Ford, the three stars of the original trilogy.
