Rumors are saying Kenya Moore of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” is hiring bodyguards to keep her safe on the set of the program.

Last season, fellow star Porsha Stewart got into a highly publicized fight with Moore.

“When Kenya has to tape with Porsha, she’s considering having bodyguards surrounding her, with the police on speed dial,” an unnamed source told the HollywoodLife website in recent days.

Stewart has admitted that she was wrong for attacking Moore, but there is still tension between the two.

“Kenya’s still hurt and taken aback by this behavior and feels she did absolutely nothing to provoke Porsha,” said another source to the website.

The news comes just days before Apollo Nida, the husband of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Phaedra Parks, is to be sentenced.

Nida is slated to go to prison July 8 on fraud charges. He could face as many as 30 years in prison.

He apparently partied before the date.

“So, it was a party and $8,000 was spent. But it doesn’t matter if it’s $5,000, if it’s $8,000. If that’s your vice and if it’s your money and that’s what you want to do, cool, because guess what? There’s no difference -- and I hope you word this right,” Nida reportedly said.

Nida said he suffered a nervous breakdown in trying to maintain his status on as husband to Parks. He reportedly stole millions of dollars via a series of fraud schemes.

“'I take full responsibility for my actions. It was a dumb situation I put myself in,” he said, according to MailOnline. “I got sucked in and engulfed and lost sight of things,” he also said in early May.

He continued: “It’s my fault at the end of the day.”
