NEW YORK—President Barack Obama has stepped onto the world stage as president; last month at the G20 conference in London, and this past week the president was in South America with the ever present media keeping a close eye on him. The Epoch Times wanted to ask: Is President Obama gaining the respect of people around the world, and is he changing the perception of how America is viewed?
