Apparently, these drunken thugs tried to start a fight with an elderly man who was a former professional boxer.
The Daily Caller says that the footage was captured in none other than Russia (honestly, where else could something like this happen?).
According to the Metro, the two men were drunk and came out of a shop at the same time as the elderly man. The men approach him before starting a confrontation.
The old man decides that enough is enough and hits both of them.
