Haven season 5 is set to premiere on Thursday and some new spoilers have been coming out about the upcoming season.

Season 4 ended with a cliffhanger that left Audrey and Lexie all but gone, and other questions were also left unanswered.

Emily Rose told Tech Times that she will be back for season 5 but as a different entity, Mara.

“Giving birth to a new character is always an adventure,” Rose said.

But Mara isn’t a good person.

“There are moments in this season where she made me really uncomfortable and I didn’t like playing her at some points,” Rose said.

“For the most part, I really do enjoy being that evil. I don’t know what that says about me, but yeah, it really was fun, and I do hope to get to play her for a long time. We don’t know how, when and if Audrey comes back.”

Season 5 will also include new cast member Laura Mennell (Alphas) as Dr. Charlotte Cross, a brilliant CDC epidemiologist who fears that Haven is on the verge of a deadly outbreak, reported TVLine.

As for the premiere, it’s titled “See No Evil,” and features the gang learning that the victory is fleeting, as they are quickly thrust into uncharted waters. Duke is now a ticking time bomb, at death’s door and fighting to contain all the Troubles within him, while Nathan faces his greatest fear that Audrey — the woman he’s fought so desperately to save — may be gone forever.

Making matters worse, Haven is hit by a strange new Trouble that’s silencing the townsfolk.

Haven season 5 will premiere on Thursday, September 11 at 8 p.m. EDT. Season 5 will have 26 episodes.
