There were three matches in the HKFA Premier League last weekend. On Saturday (Feb 27), Eastern took on Dreams Metro Gallery at Sham Shui Po Sports Ground, extending their lead at the top of the table with a 4-nil victory.
HKFA League matches were played last weekend (Jan 16 and 17) in Premier League and third division, but no second division matches were scheduled, while Cup matches took place in the Yau Yee League.
Saturday (Jan 9, 2016) saw Kitchee take on Hong Kong Pegasus at Mongkok Stadium in the first of another round of BOCG Life HKFA Premier League matches. Kitchee won the game 2-nil courtesy of a 64th minute goal from Fernando Pedreira when he finished from a Jorge Tarres pass, and an 8st minute strike from Alexader Akande from a Jorge Tarres cross.
Two HKFA League Cup Group A matches were played on Saturday (Dec 19), the first being Kwoon Chung Southern facing off at Mongkok Stadium, whilst South China took on Glory Sky Wong Tai Sin at Kowloon Bay Park.
