A federal judge has ruled that the CIA has the right to not release documents from the Panetta Review, an internal memo that some senators contend contains incriminating information about the agency’s enhanced interrogation programs.
The five CIA personnel involved in improperly accessing the database of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) during its investigation of the agency’s interrogation program will not be disciplined, the agency said today.
