Davontae Sanford, now 23, has just been release from jail after spending the last 9 years in prison for crimes he did not commit.
Mitchell’s remains were confirmed by the Wayne County Medical Examiner’s Office, who will also conduct an autopsy to find out exactly how he was killed.
