After months of negotiations, Australia’s largest brewing company Foster’s Group Ltd., was sold to British brewer SABMiller Plc, for $10.2 billion.

Last Friday pharmaceuticals giant Johnson & Johnson Co. said it would purchase Dutch biomedical firm Crucell NV for around $2.3 billion.
