An earthquake hit today in California just six miles west of Mojave.
UPDATE: The U.S. Geological Service has deleted the record of this quake.

It’s another one in a series of quakes that have hit in California over the past two weeks.
This one registered 5.2 magnitude, reported the U.S. Geological Service.
It also hit 10 miles east-southeast of Tehachapi, 15 miles north-northwest of Rosamond, and 17 miles west-southwest of California City.
Just this week, a 4.4 magnitude quake and an aftershock hit near Los Angeles in the Westwood and Beverly Hills area on Monday morning while a “micro” 2.7 magnitude quake hit near Universal City and Beverly Hills on Thursday night.
