A 13-month-old boy who was abandoned in the woods of central Oregon had a broken leg, a skull fracture, and methamphetamine in his system when he was discovered, according to prosecutors.

On Dec. 19, prosecutors at a hearing in the Deschutes County Circuit Court released the details. The child was discovered earlier this year, but they didn’t reveal the new information until now in an attempt to increase the bond for his father, Brandon Blouin, 26.
