For the October issue of Marie Claire, singer Ariana Grande spoke to the magazine about all of her first’s. Grande will be on the cover of the 20th anniversary of the magazine.
In the interview Grande said she does a lot of online shopping and enjoys time with friends and family. Her greatest inspiration and the smartest person she knows is her mother. Here are also all of Grande’s firsts that she revealed to the magazine:
First kiss: “Connecticut. That’s my safe way. That’s my way of not saying his name.”
First celeb crush: “Jim Carrey.”
First book she read from beginning to end: “‘My Father’s Dragon.’ I was so proud, I felt really accomplished. It’s like a 100 pages or something.”
First on screen kiss: “Matt Bennett.”
First movie that made her cry: “‘Armageddon’ or ‘Titanic.’”
First best friend: “My first best friend was Amy Chalice.”
First concert: “First concert was N'Sync.”
First expensive purchase: “I got, when I was younger, a head-to-toe Burberry outfit. Just all print.”
