Biden says the question is 'whether, in the years ahead, we have more freedom or less freedom'

After months of hints and comments that he would seek a second term, President Joe Biden officially announced his 2024 reelection campaign in a video on April 25, four years to the day after he announced his 2020 presidential bid.
In the video posted early that morning, Biden, 80, said: “The question we are facing is, whether, in the years ahead, we have more freedom or less freedom. More rights or fewer.”
