Singer Carrie Underwood was reportedly hospitalized after falling near her home in Nashville, Tennessee.

She fell on steps on Friday night, Nov. 10, according to The Tennessean newspaper.

“Thanks so much for all the well wishes everybody... I’ll be alright ... might just take some time ... glad I’ve got the best hubby in the world to take care of me,” Underwood said in a Twitter update on Sunday.

Her representative told Fox News that she was treated and released from a hospital for a broken wrist, abrasions, and other injuries.

She’ll miss a concert—the Country Rising Concert—in Nashville on Sunday night that is expected to draw names like Dierks Bentley, Sam Hunt, and Keith Urban.

She co-hosted the CMA Awards alongside Brad Paisley in Nashville last week.
