The U.S. Treasury and State Department imposed sanctions on May 8 against 14 individuals and companies across the Middle East, China, and Eastern Europe for helping Iran’s military.
The Treasury announced sanctions against 10 individuals and companies who are involved in assisting the Iranian military to secure weapons and build drones and ballistic missiles. Meanwhile, the State Department announced sanctions against four entities it said were supplying satellite imagery to Iran for military strikes against U.S. forces in the region.
