A prosecutor with the International Criminal Court (ICC) at the Hague has issued calls for the arrest of Hamas leaders, as well as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and members of his cabinet.

ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan announced on Monday that his office had collected and examined evidence sufficient to prosecute Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, as well as the leader of the Hamas terrorist group’s military wing, Mohammed Diab Ibrahim al-Masri, and Hamas’ political head Ismail Haniyeh, for war crimes and crimes against humanity committed on Oct. 7, 2023.
