The Weather Forecast for Chicago today, Saturday, is snow starting from late Saturday afternoon all the way into Sunday night. Expect accumulations of 6 to 8 inches of snow between the Illinois River Valley and Interstate 72. South of Interstate 70 will likely experience the most snowfall accumulation. Winds are expected to increase to 15 to 20 miles per hour late tonight, with a chance of gust at 30 miles per hour.

The Weather Forecast for Chicago today, Saturday, is snow starting from late Saturday afternoon all the way into Sunday night.

Chicago is expected to have 8-10 inches of snow.

Expect accumulations of 6 to 8 inches of snow between the Illinois River Valley and Interstate 72. South of Interstate 70 will likely experience the most snowfall accumulation. 

Winds are expected to increase to 15 to 20 miles per hour late tonight, with a chance of gust at 30 miles per hour.

The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning to come into effect 6 pm tonight to midnight Sunday night.

Travel conditions may be extremely dangerous because of the strong winds, poor visibility, and blowing snow.
