Lev Parnas, a businessman indicted for making illegal contributions to politicians and a political action committee, wants Attorney General William Barr to recuse himself from overseeing the case.
Parnas claims there are conflicts of interest and that it’s in “the public interest to remove this matter entirely from the Department of Justice.”
