Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) criticized President Joe Biden on Jan. 22, calling his handling of classified documents “totally irresponsible.”
“It’s unbelievable how this could happen. It’s totally irresponsible,” Manchin said on CNN’s State of the Union.”
