A motion filed on Wednesday by NBA player Terry Rozier’s attorney reveals the NBA had been granted the authority to withhold most of Terry Rozer’s $26.6 million salary over his alleged role in an illegal sports gambling scheme during the 2022–2023 NBA season.

The previous arbitration ruling revealed Rozier’s intent to change the conditions of his case that determine him to be “in breach of his contractual obligation to play.”
