On March 24, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken delivered a speech–“Reaffirming and Reimagining America’s Alliance”—at NATO headquarters in Brussels. Blinken’s speech reveals that the Biden administration’s China policy is ambiguous and it doesn’t take a firm stance toward the Chinese regime.
