Illegal immigrant gang members are terrorizing New York City, with little risk of consequence. The Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua has been recruiting members under the age of 18, and because of New York City laws on minors and its protections for illegal immigrants, the young gang members have been robbing people at gunpoint and bragging about it on social media.
