Measles Warning Issued in New Jersey After Infected Fan Attended Shakira Concert

Health officials say an out-of-state concertgoer infected with measles attended the May 15 event at MetLife Stadium.

New Jersey health officials are warning of a potential measles exposure at a recent Shakira concert, after a new case was identified from an infectious attendee.

On May 20, the New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH) issued a statement alerting residents that an out-of-state concertgoer attended the May 15 event at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford while infectious.
