Online retailers may have another reason to rejoice this holiday season, as global computer software giant Adobe predicts record online sales for the period covering Nov. 1 to Dec. 31.

In its on Oct. 6 report, Adobe predicted that online sales will climb to $253.4 billion—a 5.3 percent year-over-year increase, though slower than the 8.7 percent rise during the same period last year.
