Tony Bobulinski, a former business associate of Hunter Biden, said he came forward on the record to speak about the Bidens’ alleged overseas business dealings because of a claim made by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) earlier this month.
Schiff suggested that emails allegedly sourced from a laptop purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden, former Vice President Joe Biden’s son, were part of a Russian disinformation plot. Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe later said the emails and surrounding reports weren’t disinformation, while the FBI didn’t dispute Ratcliffe’s claims.
