A term once reserved for granola-eating hippies, “crunchy” has come to describe women who embrace a more natural lifestyle for their families.
These are women who favor using herbal treatments over physician-prescribed and over-the-counter medications, cooking with butter or beef tallow instead of seed oils, examining food labels at the grocery store, and exercising caution about vaccinating their children.
