Zambo del Sur Mayor Ukol Talumpa is among the four dead in the shooting outside of Ninoy Aquino International Airport’s Terminal 3.

His wife also died, reported ABS-CBN. A 25-year-old relative of his also died.

And an 18-month old baby also died in the attack, Manila International Airport Authority General Manager Jose Angel Honrado said.

Four other people are injured.

The suspects haven’t been captured yet.

Talumpa survived an assassination attempt in September 2012, noted GMA News. He was vice mayor of Labangan at the time. The attack was a grenade attack in Pagadian City. He and his wife both survived.

Additionally, Talumpa was wounded after a shooting in 2010 in Manila.
