Sony has leaked some information about its upcoming products ahead of their launch.

The Japanese tech giant is planning a September 3 unveiling event before IFA 2014, and has released a teaser video that hints at that it will release three devices.

Sony has been rumored to release the Xperia Z3, Xperia Z3 Compact, and Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, with the first two devices being speculated about for some time already.

Near the end of the teaser video, Sony  shows a digital clock with the words “03:SE:PT:14,” “07:MM:06:14,” “8C:u:1:28:00,” and “03:06:H2:00” being flashed on the screen.

NDTV has taken a stab at decoding these leaks, and has deduced that“03:SE:PT:14” refers to the launch date September 3, “07:MM:06:14” suggests a product that is 7mm in width, and “8C:u:1:28:00” refers to either an octa-core processor or the use of copper in one of the products.

The “8C:u:1:28:00” hint could also refer to an expandable 128GB of storage for one of the products.

Lastly, “03:06:H2:00” could meant that the products might be water-proof.

Tech tipster TK Tech News also notes that the Xperia Z3 will be sold by Sprint in Q4 of 2014. No other carriers have been tipped to sell the phone.
